With over 17 years of experience in the dental field, Shanna brings dedication, positivity, and a deep sense of care to her role as Team Leader. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Northwood University and is passionate about creating a welcoming environment for every patient who walks through the door. Shanna takes pride in being a comforting first face for patients, especially those who may experience dental anxiety.
Outside of work, Shanna is a proud wife of 19 years and a devoted mom to two wonderful children. Her personal life is rich with adventure—whether she's hiking, traveling, watching movies with her family, or capturing special moments through photography. She and her family are on a mission to complete a 5K in every U.S. state and have already checked off 13 so far!
Shanna's professional philosophy is simple: always do her best and bring positivity into the office. Personally, she aims to live life to the fullest and create unforgettable memories. Her love for travel shines through in the detailed notebook she’s crafted, planning routes and recording experiences from every corner of the country. Fun fact—she’s even hosted two foreign exchange students, from France and Tajikistan!
